Delivery Time
CUSTOM MADE: Production time for our custom made furniture will typically take 2 to 8 weeks depending our current production schedule. please contact customer service us via 24/7 chat to inquire on our current production schedule. Once your item has been manufactured, you will be emailed a tracking number and may track the status of your delivery. Delivery time will take 1 to 7 business days (depending on what state you live in). A local carrier will contact you when your item is ready to be delivered and schedule a convenient time for your delivery. Rushed production is available for an additional cost. Shipping times may vary depending on your geographical location. Modern Sofa does not guarantee exact delivery dates.
IN STOCK: Most accessories or floor models usually ship within 5-7 business days from the date of your order. Most accessories items ship either UPS or FedEx Ground. If you are not home at the time of delivery the carrier agent will leave a call tag at your residence with information on when the next attempt to deliver will take place. If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected. Also, please note, depending on the size of the item ordered and the number of pieces requested, all items ordered may not arrive in the same box or on the same day.
